Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refund:
a) If you wish to cancel our services within 5 days of making the payment, you are eligible for a full refund.
b) In case you decide to terminate our services after the initial 5 days, you will be charged an amount equivalent to the working hours already invested in the project. The remaining balance will be credited to the account from which you made the payment within 45 days of cancellation.
Service Renewal Cancellation:
a) For any service renewal, please ensure that you provide us with a notice of cancellation at least 10 days prior to the start of the next billing cycle.
b) If cancellations are made after the start of the billing cycle, an amount equivalent to the working hours put into the project during that month will be billable, which you will be required to pay.
Unused Services:
If you signed up for our services but did not utilize them, you are still responsible for the payment of those services.
SEO Refund Policy:
a) We understand the significance of SEO for your business and put in our best efforts to deliver positive results. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee top search ranking. These circumstances include changes in search engine ranking algorithms, policies, or functionalities.
b) Link building, which is part of our SEO service, is dependent on the information provided by you. Therefore, it is essential to ensure that the URLs given are accurate. We will not be liable for any errors resulting from incorrect URLs, and no refunds or money back guarantees will be provided in such cases.
c) We will not be responsible for SEO results if you engage with any other third-party SEO services during our engagement.
d) Search engine rankings can fluctuate, and immediate changes in search ranking cannot be guaranteed.
e) Any adverse effect on ranking due to changes in website content made by you or any third-party service provider hired by you will not be eligible for refunds.
Please note that Media Star reserves the right to modify the above refund and cancellation policy at any given point without prior notice. However, we assure you that any changes made will be communicated to you promptly.
